Just
when you were thinking about converting to Office 2007 or have recently
converted, here comes Microsoft Office 2010. MS Office 2010 is scheduled for
release in March. Thankfully, the new version includes the 2007 Ribbon
interface and extends to all of Outlook and Publisher. Here’s three new features I like about
Office 2010: * Print
Preview, Print, and Page Set-up on one pane through Office Backstage,
* File is back
by Popular Demand,
* Customize
your own Tab and Ribbon.

class and course in April on my website. Excelling @ Excel for the Human
Resources and Operations Teams in
March
Designed
for Human Resources, Operations, and Administrative Professionals. This six hour class teaches HR and
Operations teams how to analyze Excel data through sorting, filtering, Pivot
Tables, and functions, such as
VLOOKUP, IF THEN, and CONCATENATE.
The course is $135 including 100+ page manual and files, is held Tuesday, March 23, 8:30 – 3:30 at First MCC (N. Druid Hills and I-85), and is for
current Excel users. Visit
gregcreech.com for more information and to register.
Designed
for anyone wanting to improve their presentation AND PowerPoint skills in one
offering. This class teaches you how to
deliver presentations using PowerPoint and how to develop PowerPoint
presentation content and to include animation, multimedia, and connect to the
Web and other applications. In
PowerPoint, you can quickly copy and paste in one step and have PowerPoint
duplicate your selected slide, graphic, text box, or other object by pressing
the Control and the D (CTRL + D)
keys together - this duplicates
whatever you have selected in PowerPoint. This saves time by simplifying the
copy/paste steps to one and includes all animation and formatting of your selected slide or other object. For a
complete listing of Office 2007 Control and Function keyboard shortcuts in
PDF – visit gregcreech.com.
